Our larger cities did not fare as well. Phoenix and Tucson, with a much larger population than other Valley cities, wasn’t as safe, according to WalletHub, which ranked Phoenix at No. 120, while Tucson ranked near the bottom of the list at No. 157. See the full ranking here.
